REGULAR SITE – FULL HOOK UP RATES
Pull – Thru FHU (Full Hook Up) Water, Sewer & Electric 30 & 50 amp

​Nightly – $40.
Weekly – $240.
Extended Stay-$600. Monthly (electric included)

Lock Fee- $5.  Guarantees a specific site

All rates are based on 2 adults and up to 4 children. Additional Guests on site will be billed at $10. per person/ per day.  Up to 2 vehicles are permitted on each site.  Additional vehicles will be charged the daily storage fee of $5.00 per day. 

Tents are NOT permitted.

All RV’s / campers must be self-contained, clean, well maintained and all parts in good working order. We reserve the right to refuse service to any RV based on its appearance and/or condition. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis by management.
